The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 146(L&C) "An Act relating to an Iditarod Sweepstakes sled dog race classic." 1995-03-10 House Journal Page 0707 HB 146 Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 146(L&C) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Davies and Mulder: Page 1, line 1 (title amendment): Delete "Iditarod Sweepstakes sled dog race classic" Insert "Iditarod mushing sweepstakes" Page 1, line 7: Delete "sled dog race classics" Insert "mushing sweepstakes" Page 1, line 14: Delete "sled dog race classics" Insert "mushing sweepstakes" Page 2, line 4: Delete "sled dog race classics" Insert "mushing sweepstakes" Page 2, line 10: Delete "sled dog race classic" Insert "mushing sweepstakes" Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Martin objected. Representative Sanders placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
